As a result, the company faced challenges in attracting new business and converting online interest into leads. The Strategy
To help realize this vision, Must Lawn Care partnered with W.Bradford to design and execute a targeted marketing initiative focused on storytelling, user experience, and brand credibility. Together, we identified three key deliverables that would make the greatest impact:
- Website Redesign + SEO Optimization – Revamped site structure, layout, and copy with optimized SEO to increase visibility and usability.
- Introductory Brand Video – A short, compelling film introducing the Must Lawn Care team, their origin story, and their commitment to excellence.
- Photo Retouching – Enhancing the top 25 marketing images to elevate the brand’s visual appeal across web and social platforms.
Each initiative was developed with the local customer in mind, aiming to boost brand trust and distinguish Must Lawn Care in the highly competitive landscaping market.


The Execution
Over the course of three months, W.Bradford worked closely with Must Lawn Care’s leadership team to bring this vision to life, ensuring every step of the process reflected the brand’s voice and values.

- Website Redesign + SEO — We began with a full audit of the existing website, identifying content gaps, UX flaws, and missed SEO opportunities. From there, we designed a cleaner, more intuitive site optimized for search performance across five core pages. Strategic keyword integration, alt text, updated metadata, and optimized mobile responsiveness helped dramatically improve the site’s ranking potential and user experience.
- Intro Video Production — To bring a personal touch to their digital presence, we developed a 60-second intro video that captured the essence of Must Lawn Care. After collaborative rounds of scriptwriting and storyboarding, we hosted a full-day video shoot, capturing interviews, team interactions, and live service footage. Post-production included soundtrack selection and multiple rounds of client review to ensure the final cut felt authentic, polished, and inspiring.
- Photo Retouching — Finally, our design team enhanced Must Lawn Care’s top 25 images—polishing lighting, composition, and consistency. These updated visuals were integrated across the redesigned website and social platforms, adding a level of professionalism and cohesion that elevated their brand image at every touchpoint.
